Dr. Jerry J. D'Souza
Founder & President
Dr. Jerry Joseph D’Souza was born in Bandra (W), Bombay, India. He was educated in St. Stanislaus High School, Bandra (W), and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, through Bombay University. He worked for 10 years in the field of Sales, Marketing and Advertising. Later, he pursued post-graduation with Masters in Sociology (Mumbai University) and a PhD. in Philosophy (UTOUSR, Hyderabad- US Affiliation). He is married to Dr. Isabella J. D’Souza for over 34 years. They have established an NGO: Abundant Life Ministries for nearly 20 years and are involved in Social Work through Education and Social Welfare among Women and Children and Anti-Human Trafficking. They have a daughter Joybell Esther D’Souza, who is currently studying, doing her Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) in Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai. Dr. Jerry is presently studying his Masters in Social Work (MSW) through IGNOU, New Delhi, India.
Lt. Dr. Isabella J. D'Souza

Dr. Isabella Jerry D’Souza was born in Khar, Bombay. She finished her schooling in St. Anthony’s High School, Chembur, and did her Secretarial Course through Edan College, Marine Lines, Bombay. She worked as a Secretary for an Engineering Company and also did Business in Corporate Gifts and Handicrafts. Later, she pursued post-graduation with Masters in Public Administration (M.K. University, Madurai) and M.Div. in Christian Philosophy (ICCM, Chennai). And a PhD. in Philosophy (UTOUSR, Hyderabad- US Affiliation). Together with her husband, she has established an NGO: Abundant Life Ministries. They have been involved with Education and Social Work for over 39 years all over India and Nepal. Dr. Isabella is presently studying Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) through IGNOU, New Delhi, India.
